Took longer than others to get to me about a week and a half. Once I contacted the company came in like 3 more days. That would be my only complaint the hair is amazing, it’s soft, it’s long, it has volume and a nice luster to it, I really love this hair! The knots bleach perfectly. The hairline did come thick so I had to pluck it. I have a big head too and it fits nice and snug, perfect fit. I absolutely recommend. Can’t beat the price either.
