This was my first time ordering hair and I was not at all disappointed! I ordered 3 20" bundles and my order was processed and delivered within a total of 4 days! The hair is very soft with a lot of bounce and fluid movement. The smell of the hair was not at all bad, just smelt like how hair normally would. The hair was also true to length and just a little bit longer which I am not complaining about! I would highly recommend this brand for anybody because for a low price you get great quality! I will also be looking forward to buying this company's hair in the future!
